Have watched many pizza places come & go over 35 years in Mill Creek. The usual big chains, mostly. Would love to see Pagliacci come to our area, but was still glad to hear that MOD Pizza will open soon in the Mill Creek Plaza because I do like their pizza. They will share the new building ( in old Shari’s spot ) with recently opened, Wells Fargo Bank.

MOD has a different concept. The standard pizza is 11 inches, and is, as they say, infinitely customizable with toppings — all for the same price of $7.17, except for the cheese only which will be a dollar less. Do tell.

After a little digging  into the website for information, did learn there are in fact other size pizzas available & prices for those along with sides, salads & beverages. They do not deliver . “We’ve made a conscious decision not to deliver our pizzas as we feel they are best straight out of the oven. Another recent article in the Seattle Times about the company & its founders. MOD Pizza raising $15M in Expansion Effort  Hope they are not trying to do too much, too quickly. Quality over quantity & all that. We shall see.
